Flow is what happens when you’re so engrossed in an activity that you lose awareness of the passage of time. Psychologists report that everyone needs to achieve flow on a regular basis in order to maintain good mental health.
I meant to have a quick play with the header image on this website when I got home from work. That was two hours ago. I guess that’s flow.
